If you happen to come here and get a woman behind the counter and have a monzo card then you'll be told you can't use it as "We don't take prepaid cards" and even if you explain to her that its a regular debit card she will refuse to take a payment because it won't go through.
Well... I've paid with a monzo card with the man behind the counter and it's gone through AND with the same monzo card on my phone with her and its gone through.
Good luck trying to explain anything to her! Obnoxious and rude, cannot believe she's allowed near any customers.
